These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmartyPants application and website at smartypants.software (the "Service"), operated by SmartyPants. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

SmartyPants helps you manage your Google Business Profile and view your local search and website performance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish through the Service and for maintaining the security of your account. You must only connect Google accounts and business listings that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your content and approvals

You retain ownership of your business information and content. SmartyPants may suggest content (such as draft posts or review replies) and prepare updates to your listing, but changes are published to your Google Business Profile only when you initiate or approve them.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Google APIs. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartyPants is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
